LEGAL DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF TRANSFER

  • Nature of the Transaction: This sale is not a course, training, or personal guidance; it is an announcement for the transfer of all rights to an advanced-level “Intellectual Property” (IP).
  • Medical Status: No information, method, or content provided within this program absolutely constitutes “medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.” This program is not a medical application. During the implementation phase, it is mandatory to retain a professional board of experts consisting of specialists in fields such as Neurology, Psychiatry, Cardiology, and Bioenergy.
  • Liability: Upon the signing of the contract and the execution of the transfer, 100% of all liability shifts entirely to the buyer.
  • Final Decision (Refund Protocol): A refund guarantee is 100% possible only at the end of a 6+2 month implementation process that will take place in Thailand, in an environment suitable for retreat culture, under 24/7 camera recording and expert supervision. Throughout the process, the participant’s phone will be held in custody, and no contact with any relatives will be permitted; however, their family may monitor the process 24/7 via live camera feed. In accordance with the contract, if an early termination of the process is requested by the family or the participant, the program will be canceled and the right to a refund will be completely forfeited. For a refund to be valid, the 6+2 month fully controlled process must be completed in its entirety. If a refund is requested at the end of this process, the ownership rights revert back to the seller, and the paid amount is refunded after deducting all operational, accommodation, and expert board expenses in Thailand.
  • Confidentiality and Breach: In the event that the information is leaked (including sharing within academia, courses, and provided trainings), all resulting damages will be legally collected from the buyer, their family, and their guarantors. The operation and costs of a “Recall” of the existing information from the market shall be borne by the buyer. (This includes the deletion of all videos, presentations, and shares from online platforms, removal from Google, attorney fees, storage on computers, and social media).

This agreement consists of a total of 11 pages. Following the sale, it will be shared with only one person, the sale will be discontinued, and the website will be permanently shut down. This intellectual property will be sold to only one single person in the world.
